We like to think that Greenfield has “all the things” one would ever want. Add to this ever-growing list: fancy, custom lemonades. The Main Squeeze, of Porter Corners, is a lemonade truck with drinks that are works of art. You can pick from all the flavors, all the classics and others more crazy. Top sellers are dill pickle, cherry limeade, cotton candy (with actual cotton candy afloat), caramel and even Arnold Palmer.
Owners and Greenfield residents Josie and Robert McFarlane, are just the sweetest. Lemonades range in cost from $7-$8 and are best paired with their other big seller, popcorn.
The pair got the idea for a lemonade business on Tiktok and find it a fantastic way to earn extra money for their growing four daughters.
“My favorite part is watching people take their first sip,” Josie McFarlane said. “This business is so fun. We always see smiles and there is rarely a grumpy customer.”
The Main Squeeze truck is available for private parties and markets. You can email them at jospos81@gmail.com and follow them on Facebook.
The couple have lived in town for seven years. Their home is very close to Brookhaven Golf course, where they love to frequent to dine and snowshoe and ski in winter months. McFarlane said “The best thing about living in Greenfield is not having to go anywhere.”
That apparently includes going anywhere for a good lemonade.
